The start of a new chapter in life is always something to feel curious about. CMNSU wants to lend you a hand in this transition and what better way to welcome you to the SFU and our faculty than by throwing a great event known as CMNSU FROSH 2014!

What is FROSH?

CMNSU FROSH 2014 is our annual event where we take new Communication students on a tour around the SFU campuses and share our insights about the program. At this event, you will learn about what the next three to four years of your life will be like as well as get the chance to engage with active students. This is the prime opportunity for you to make new friends and gain some useful knowledge as you embark on your journey as a Communication student!

CMNSU FROSH 2014: Colour Your Future

This year’s theme is Colour Your Future. Essentially, as you enter your first years at SFU, you enter with a blank canvas. We invite you to colour your future with us – which is to join us in exploring the field of Communication and leave with a prepped base for the rest of your time at SFU.

This all-day event is happening on September 5 and the itinerary includes presentations from amazing speakers with careers in the Communication field, an exciting scavenger hunt, and a plethora of fun games and activities throughout the day. And don’t worry, lunch, dinner, and snacks will be provided! Additionally, we have some energetic live entertainment lined up for you for the evening. Last, but definitely not least, we will have the Colour Me Rad capture the flag event to top off the night! What’s more is that we have a wide variety of gifts and prizes to give away, courtesy of our wonderful sponsors!

Remember to check back to this page often for the latest details about the event. You can also receive more information by liking us on Facebook or by following us on Twitter!
